“Returning lost property to its rightful owner” is a simple act that reflects the kindness and civility we value in our community. At AMARE, this is not just a rule, but a core part of the service experience we uphold every day.
During your time at our facility, it is common for items to be misplaced. Our team often discovers these during routine inspections or is kindly handed in by fellow guests at our support desk.
While many items have been successfully returned, we currently hold several belongings that have remained unclaimed for 3 to 5 months. To ensure the best interests of our guests, AMARE would like to announce our lost anh found procedures as follows.
How to claim lost property
If you have misplaced an item, please visit our reception desk for verification. Our team will assist you through a transparent and prompt process to ensure all property is returned to its rightful owner.

Retention and disposal policy
Items will be stored for 30 days from the date they are recorded. After this period, unclaimed items will be handled as follows:
- Valuable Assets (Wallets, identification, watches, phones, etc.): AMARE will hand these over to the local authorities.
- Personal/Perishable Items (Cosmetics, personal belongings, etc.): These will be disposed of in accordance with our internal control and hygiene protocols.
