1. Health & Attire Regulations
Underwear, T-shirts, swimsuits, and similar clothing are not allowed when using the Onsen bath.
Please do not use our services if you have a history of stroke, are intoxicated, or suffer from contagious diseases, heart conditions, hypertension, diabetes, or vestibular disorders that are not well controlled.
Pregnant women and those on their menstrual cycle are not permitted to use the Onsen bath or saunas.
Guests with underlying health conditions must consult and obtain approval from a doctor before using the services.
2. Conduct & Etiquette
Gambling, fighting, and disturbing public order are strictly prohibited.
Weapons, narcotics, and hazardous substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Filming and photography are not allowed in locker rooms, nor is the use of electronic devices in the onsen area.
Please refrain from loud noise, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disturbing other guests.
Do not scold, threaten, or verbally abuse staff.
Any incitement, disturbance, or spreading of false information that may damage the facility’s reputation is strictly prohibited.
3. Regulations for Children
Children under 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult.
Children may only use bathing areas designated for their gender.
4. Personal Belongings & Property
Outside food, drinks, and pets are not permitted inside AMARE.
Do not move, damage, or misuse equipment and items. Guests will be required to compensate for damages at actual value if caused.
AMARE will assist in searching for lost property within its capacity but does not take responsibility for compensation.
5. Responsibility & Incident Handling
In case of disagreements or feedback, please remain calm so our staff can provide appropriate support and resolution.
In case of technical issues or unexpected service interruptions (electricity, water, equipment, etc.), AMARE will address them as soon as possible but will not be responsible for refunds.
- Guests are responsible for any incidents caused by non-compliance with instructions or personal negligence.
6. General Regulations
Holidays and Tet follow official State regulations, including substitute days off.
By registering for or using our services, guests are deemed to have agreed to comply with all AMARE regulations, standards, and guidelines.
AMARE reserves the right to refuse service without refund in cases of violation of regulations.
